Commercial Data Exchange

Southland Regional Association of REALTORS® worked with the CARETS group to combine the MLS systems from all the MLS' in southern California into one database. It was done so that our MLS members do not have to join multiple MLS' in order to have access to the information they need.

In October 2009, CARETS signed a contract with eProperty Data to create a commercial database for CARETS. This database combines the listings from CRISNet MLS, CLAW (Combined LA/Westside MLS), iTech MLS, CRMLS, Desert Area MLS and Ventura County Regional Data Share. The formats used are professional commercial forms developed for large commercial MLS' and CIE's.

The new CARETS Commercial system has been available since May 2010. The Commercial Division of SRAR will continue to offer many valuable classes and events. Please visit this site often to stay updated on the CARETS Commercial system and the classes and marketing meetings being held by SRAR.
